Thank you for signing up for Auburn Wesley Foundation’s Youth Caravan for Summer 2024!

The Auburn Wesley Foundation will provide staff for a 2-day youth event with times of worship, Bible study, shared testimony, small groups and more. In addition, we will provide other programming such as group games/activities- as coordinated with you. You provide the place for the gatherings and advertise with youth in your church and community ahead of time. If meals are provided during or around the youth gathering, please provide enough food for the Wesley staff to eat with the students, too. If additional accommodations for the staff are required, we will work that out on a case-by-case basis.

The cost for the 2-day event will be $500. We ask that you pay at least half of that now as a deposit to confirm your participation. The other half may be paid the week of the event.

• Pay $250 deposit now using the product below and pay $250 at an arranged later date, either by this webpage, through the mail, or in person when services are provided.

The Wesley staff are Safe Sanctuary trained and will be well prepared to lead your youth. In addition to our services, we ask that we are able to transfer liability to your organization, in the occurrence of any unforeseen incidents or accidents, by filling out the form below. The form can be filled out and handed to a Wesley staff member at the event or emailed to hays@auwesley.org.
