Auburn Wesley Foundation Golf Tournament

Join us for a great day of golf! The tournament is open to all levels of experience and skill. Teams of four will compete in a scramble format for 18 holes.

Proceeds will go toward supporting our student ministry, where every week we welcome more than 100 students for worship, fellowship, discipleship, and missions!

General Information:

• When: Friday, September 25, 2026

• Time: Check-In begins at 7:30am, Shotgun start at 8am

• Where: Pines Crossing Golf Course

Team Information (Teams of 4):
*Price includes 18 holes, cart, driving range & putting green access, lunch, and a swag bag.

• $500/team

• $400/Auburn Wesley Student Team (Contact Tony Jeck or Emily Legg for discount code)

• $125/person to be added to a team (Separate product that will needed to be added to cart)

Registration Instructions

When registering for the tournament, you will be purchasing and paying for your team’s spot in full.

At the time of purchase/registration, you will be required to complete a form with information for all team members, including:

• Full Name

• Email Address

• Phone Number

If your team is not yet complete, please enter “N/A” for the name and email and “000-000-0000” for the phone number of any remaining players. Any changes to the team must be submitted by Thursday, September 17th.

Incomplete forms may delay the processing of your registration.

Sponsorship Information

If sponsorship will be paid by check, please contact Tony Jeck or Emily Legg for a code to complete the registration process. Team registration will be a part of the purchasing process. Please refer to the registration information above.
