When registering for the tournament, you will be purchasing and paying for your team’s spot in full.

At the time of purchase/registration, you will be required to complete a form with information for all team members, including:

• Full Name

• Email Address

• Phone Number

If your team is not yet complete, please enter “N/A” for the name and email and “000-000-0000” for the phone number of any remaining players. Any changes to the team must be sent by Wednesday, September 17th.

Incomplete forms may delay the processing of your registration.
